IMKAN residential compound, located in New Cairo. Consists of 130 standalone villas, 100 twin villas and 40 townhouses. Designed with a modern Art deco style to represent luxury and aesthetics that function to create comfort and wellbeing for residents.
Stand alone villa interior design incorporating double height for a unique open interior space overlooking the lake. Using neutral colors to achieve a healthier and more pleasing environment for the people using the space.
Details on the exterior include paint, stone cladding and black steel framing to create contrast. With an aluminum arched frame integrating modern style with art deco to create a cantilevered terrace that is semi shaded using steel rods.
