Club house located inside IMKAN Residential with an area of 1650msq. Offering luxurious services such as spa, gym, retails and restaurants. Overlooking the iconic lake, connected to a sports area with a bridge. Sports area includes 2 paddle courts, a soccer field and a pedestrian track.
An urban street was designed for outsiders to reach the iconic lake without passing through the clubhouse invading the owner's privacy with a wide option of retails and cafes . Also creating a well balanced landscape design that incorporates an appealing mix of hardscaping and softscaping elements.
