Swan lake north coast extension is designed to achieve an integrated entertainment community and high-end summer residence units. Making good use of the existing landscape and water features and adding to them for a cohesive integration of vast gardens, green spaces, swimming pools and artificial lakes scattered throughout the village. The units will be designed harmoniously with modern colors to preserve each unit's privacy with the most modern and aesthetically pleasing design. Maintaining the dominating luxurious architectural character of the existing units.
Main design features are clean lines, plenty of windows, and no excess in design. This will ensure clean, open, and light-filled spaces. Glass windows will overlook the surrounding landscape and make the outside feel as though it is on the inside. Featuring floor to ceiling glass walls, the exterior design makes the outdoor environment more accessible. To fit with modern architecture, the units will make a strategic use of materials to create visual interest. Using two primary colors, stone cladding, glass and aluminum.
